Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a Finance and or Project Management Certification

Responsibilities

The role is a senior management role and reports to Senior Manager – Transformation.

  • This role is responsible for managing the business change, transformation projects and programmes at DTCB. The Transformation Manager will also provide expert leadership with respect to transformational change, strategy delivery, business intelligence, business performance and integrated business planning.
  • The role leads the various work streams through the design and implementation of targeted change initiatives including the identification of impact of change on people, processes, structure, training and operational readiness.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a Finance and or Project Management Certification
  • Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in Transformation, Strategy or Project Portfolio management at a Senior Management level
  • Proven track record of delivering results in developing, implementing, and driving strategies, extensive stakeholder engagement and change management experience
  • Experience in a consulting environment would be advantageous.
