After an incredible 24 years of dedicated service to Diamond Trading Company Botswana (DTCB), we bid farewell to Mma Kenosi, Executive Secretary in the Human Resources Department, who officially left the organization on 31 August 2026.
Throughout her remarkable journey at DTCB, Mma Kenosi became a familiar and respected presence, known for her strictness, fairness, exceptional coordination and impeccable organizing skills.
She was someone who believed in getting things done properly and her attention to detail and commitment to excellence left a lasting impression on colleagues across the organization.
Her ability to coordinate people, plans and events with precision made her an invaluable member of the HR team. Behind her firm approach was a deep sense of responsibility and fairness, qualities that earned her the respect of those who had the privilege of working with her. Twenty-four years is more than a career milestone.
It represents more than two decades of memories, relationships, contribution and service. Throughout her time at DTCB, Mma Kenosi made a meaningful contribution to the organization and undoubtedly left her mark on the DTCB family.
As she begins this new chapter, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for her years of commitment, dedication and service.
Mma Kenosi, you will be thoroughly missed, but the legacy you leave behind will remain part of the DTCB story. We wish you happiness, good health, fulfilment and every success in the journey ahead.
