Prospective bidders are required to attend a compulsory site visit on Thursday, 5th June 2025 at 1000hours at Marulamantsi Court, Phase 4, Gaborone. Those who will be attending site visit should provide names of the company, attendees’ full names, gender and ID (Omang) numbers or passport numbers (non-citizens) no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 4th June 2025. Details should be emailed to [email protected] bidders are advised to arrive by 0900hours to allow for completion of mandatory safety, health and security inductions.

Submission Method
Kindly note that DTCB has introduced DTCB Vendor Portal, a new platform that will provide enhanced and more effective experience for our vendors. As a result, bid submissions will no longer be accepted through email. The method of submission for the above captioned tender shall be through the DTCB Vendor Portal Only. Bidders are therefore required to register and create accounts as DTCB vendors on the portal by the 19th of June 2025, to facilitate successful bid submission.
