As part of its commitment to empowering its people, DTCB sponsored women employees to attend The Spring Highlight Gala Dinner, an inspiring dinner held at GICC, with the objective of creating an opportunity for our employees to engage, connect and learn from some of the continent’s influential women leaders.
The evening brought together women from diverse spheres of leadership, including politics, traditional leadership, diplomacy, academia, public health, business and development. It was a powerful reminder of the different pathways through which women are contributing to the growth and transformation of Botswana and Africa.
For the DTCB women in attendance, the dinner provided more than a seat at the table. It offered an opportunity to gain new perspectives, build meaningful connections and be inspired by women who are shaping conversations and creating impact across different sectors.
At DTCB, we recognize that empowerment extends beyond the workplace. It also means creating opportunities for our employees to access spaces that broaden their perspectives, strengthen their networks and encourage them to see themselves as contributors to the bigger story of Botswana and Africa.
By investing in experiences that expose our people to diverse voices and leadership journeys, DTCB continues to foster a culture where employees are encouraged to learn, grow and lead.
