Thursday, 27th February marked an inspiring milestone for DTC Botswana, as Members of the 13th Botswana Parliament, led by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Honourable Dithapelo Keorapetswe embarked on a significant industry visit to the facility. This initiative aimed to deepen MPs understanding of DTC Botswana’s pivotal role within the diamond sector and gain insights into the industry’s broader dynamics.
The visit was hosted by the Minister of Minerals and Energy, Honourable Bogolo Kenewendo. In her welcoming remarks to the Parliamentarians, she emphasized the pivotal role that DTC Botswana plays in driving national economic growth. During the visit, Mr. Sedireng Serumola, Managing Director of DTC Botswana, along with his Executive Team, presented a comprehensive overview of the organisation’s operations.
